Holiday Inn Express & Suites Knoxville-Farragut by IHG

Stayed here for 3 nights. Bed was comfortable, food was good, service good and the lady at the front desk let us borrow her phone charger because we didn't have one. Easy to get to the stadium from here.

Super clean! Real friendly staff. Very happy here, wish they all were like this one. Every area seemed either brand new or immaculately clean. Super breakfast. ALL STAFF that you encounter are just great people. Great environment.

Very nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was pretty clean and new looking, with the exception of the elevators. Definitely need to sweep those.

In October of 2025, My daughter and I got off the highway due to an accident. She was experiencing trouble with her laptop and had an essay due and it was crunch time. We pulled into this location and walked in and met Josh Heidel. He was fantastic, helpful, polite, quick, you name it-he was it!! She needed 12 pgs. printed and it was late at night with nothing opened. He got us hooked up right away and papers printed and she was good to go. He didn't have to do this nor was this part of his job but he came through for her and we are forever grateful for going the extra mile. Josh, I hope you know you made our nerves at ease knowing you jumped in to help right away. Thank you Josh!!

This place is really nice! We immediately started our stay with a chat with one of the housekeeping staff. She was so lovely! We knew we were in for a great stay if there were people like her there! So sweet! The rooms were nice and spacious! I love that they had 2 TVs in the room. They had extra blankets and pillows in the room ready for if you had a sofa bed. Very convenient! The only real complaint was that the bed was kind of uncomfortable. But I have that issue with any bed that's even the smallest amount of firm. Makes it difficult to sleep, especially when I'm driving for long distances. However, if you like semi-firm beds, you'll like these beds! They just weren't for me. All in all, a decent experience! We'd come back again if we were in the area!

I've had the opportunity to stay with this Holiday Inn Express last night, along with 120 kids and about 15 chaperones. Our keys and rooms were ready. I had a king bed room. It was incredible clean and I was offered anything I needed when I came in. They also made parking available for all 5 coaches and drivers. A fabulous stay. A++ I highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express location. It holds the brand values and promise of cleanliness and hospitality.. Cleveland at the reception was outstanding. He tried his best to accommodate our request to get a ground floor room. He also went out of his way to help, I was trying to enter the laundry area and my keys won’t work. And before I get into the elevator to get help at the reception, here he comes at the elevator handing me another keycard. This guy is Definitely an asset and a true face of hospitality. Our stay here by far is the best amongst the few locations of holiday inn express we stayed for the past few weeks.

We have stayed here twice in the last few weeks. The hotel is your typical older holiday inn express, rooms are ok, a bit dated. Their pool is nicer than the average IHG pool, on the larger side and clean. Their lobby is very very clean. Front desk staff are so so depending on who you get. Wanda who looks after the continental breakfast is phenomenal. She checks in multiple times while you’re dining to ensure you found everything you need, offering if there’s anything else she can get you. Truly it’s because of Wanda’s kindness and dedication to her job that I wrote this review in the first place. I hope she is recognized for what she brings to your hotel and how much she does for your guests.
